Jane was a daughter of John Hughes and Hannah Boone Hughes. On 12-9-1766 she married Samuel Boone (1736-1805) in Berks Co., PA. They had 8 children: Rachel, Hannah, John H., William, George W., Samuel H., Susanna, and Hiram Cassel Boone. Jane died around 1830 in Kentucky, probably in Shelby or Meade Co., KY. Some records show 1810 as the year of her death.
