Note that a Tackett ancestry chart records her birthdate as 13 Jul 1795 and the record at Find-a-Grave has 13 Jul 1799. The photo of the inscription on her grave marker is a bit difficult to read but it does look like 1799.

"Jane Hughart was the daughter of James Hughart and Nancy Thompson. She married James Gregory, and then William Tackett. Painstaking research on the part of John Winter has discovered the remains of the old Gregory Cemetery in Bath County Kentucky, where her headstone was discovered. This is not a recognized cemetery."
