!MARRIAGE: Hans Bontenbal of Rijswijk, ZH provided magazine article ("Genealogisch tijdschrift voor Midden en West-Noord Brabant en de Bommelerwaard", article by Bastiaan van Wijk, p. 335, published Den Haag, 1990 by Piet Sanders) which gives date and place of marriage, says he was born and residing in Uitwijk-en-Waardhuizen, but married in Woudrichem. Actual record on FHL film # 423,462.

!DEATH: Wife's obit in 1798 (Almkerk, NB parish records FHL file #1,180,220) indicates she is a widow. No indication of where he died, but nothing found in Almkerk records. [overl. voor 1789- Bontenbal]
