According to previously recorded information, Jan was living in Stary Pelhrimov #12. At the time of his death, he was at Pelhrimov #13. Researcher Mirolslav Koudelka noted that in some previous research he had noted that on 9 June 1865, Marie Hessova, daughter of the barkeeper, died at the same place. He reasoned that ancestor Jan Krejca may have died in that very beer bar. A nice place to complete one's pilgrimage. The Last Sacrament was administered and he was buried by Jan Frejlach, chaplain.
