At a Court of Common pleas holden at Coshocton in and for said County of Coshocton in the State of Ohio before the Honoourable William Wilson Esqr. President of said Court for the fourth Circuit in said State Peter Casey? and Lewis Veil Esqs. Associate Judges of said Court in and for said County of Coshocton at August Term Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and thirteen.
Nancy Tanner Defent & James Robison Adms. of the Estate of James Tanner Dec'd.} Letters of Administration Granted August 30th 1813.
Be it Remembered that at the Term aforesaid to wit on the thirtieth day of August Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and thirteen on Application of Nancy Tanner Admr and James Robison Letters of Administration where Granted to the said Nancy Tanner and James Robison on the Estate of James Tanner Dec'd and ordered that the said Nancy Tanner and James Robison give bond in the sum of two thousand dollars with Valentine Johnston and Edward Sanders Securities and John Wamsley, Jacob Jackson and Michael Miller appointed Appraisors of the Estate aforesaid and thereof on the ninth day of September Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and thirteen in Compliance of the aforesaid order came the aforesaid Nancy Tanner and James Robison and filed their bond for the sum aforesaid with the Securities aforesaid Conditioned for this faithfule performance of their administration aforesaid whereupon Letters of Administration was delivered to the said Nancy Tanner and James Robison aforesaid in the words and figures following to wit. Common Pleas July Term 1815
Set off to Widow of James Tanner Dec'd.
At a Court of Common please Holden in Coshocton in and for the County of Coshocton State of Ohio Before the Honorable isaac Eram, Peter Carey and Benjamin Robinson Esqs. Associate Judges of said Court and and for said County of Coshocton at July Term Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and fifteen to wit 4th Day of July 1815.
The Petition of Nancy Tanner Widow of the said James Tanner late of Coshocton County Deceased was presented to Court in there words following to wit:
To the Honorable the Judges of the Court of Common pleas now setting at a Coshocton within and for the County of Coshocton the memorial of the subscriber Humbly showeth that the Appraisors appointed by your Honors to Appraise the Estate of her late Husband James Tanner Deceased not being fully sensebles of their duty as set forth in the Law in that case made and provided decr. Allot for her maintainance and that of her family Consisting of five Children one of which bnborn at the death of here said husband the sum of fifty Dollars which sum your memorielist has good reason to Believe the said Appraisors are commenced was inadequate to their support for one year and your memorialist has a reason to Believe that the said Appraisors are fully convonced of their Error and willing to __ her Justice your memorialist therefore prays that your Honors will order that the said Apraisors may be Authorised to review said allotment and grant her such Additional sum as they may Deem Just and Equitable and as one of said Appraisors has since Deceased if necessary appoint one in his place and as in duly bound will ever pray.

Whereupon the Court after Due deliberation thereon are of opinoin that the prayer of the petitioner is Equitable and ought to be granted whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that Stephen Stilerele? be Appointed Appraisor of the Estate aforesaid in the place of John Walmsly Deceased and that a service? of the premises prayed for in the memorial aforesaid be had and that apert? be made to this Court of their proceedings thereon according to Law.
Whereupon the following order Issued to wit.
State of Ohio Coshocton County} Court of Common please July Term 1815 to wit on the 6 day of July 1815. The memorial of Nancy Tanner widow of the late James Tanner Deceased praying for a reconsideraton of the allowance given to her by the Appraisors of here said husbands Estate for the maintainance of herself and family one year after the decease of said husband and praying that such her Allowance as may seem necessary for her maintainance as aforesaid by granted her b said Appraisors and it Appearing and it Appearing that one of the Appraisors of said Estate is now Dead Whereupon the Court after Due deliberation therein are of opinion that the prayer of the petitioner is Equitable and ought to be granted whereupon it is ordered by the court here that Stephen Stilwell be Appointed Appraisor of the Estate aforesaid in the place of John Walmsly Deceased and that a review of the premises prayed for in the memorial aforesaid be had and that report be made to this Court of their proceedings thereon according to Law.
In testimony that the foregoing is a true Copy of the order of said Court I have hereunto set my name and Affixed the seal of said Court at Coshocton the Eleventh day of July 1815.

We the subscribers and Appraisors of the Estate of James Tanner Deceased do agree that Nancy, Widow of the aforesaid James Tanner shall have in addition to the fifty Dollar allowed her in the first instance shall have one Hundred and twenty Dollars which will make in all one hundred and Seventy Dollars.
