Smith of Albemarle who disappeared 15 years ago and has since died, intestate, viz: William, John, Thomas, Smith, Sally, wife of Reuben Alexander; Nancy, Polly, Betsy, James, Willis Smith (infant). In 1794 John bought land from David Wood. Wood is dead, intestate, leaving widow _____ and children, viz: Thomas, Nicholas L., Maria, wife of James Clarkson; John W., Wm. L., Rob. W., Margaret L., David I., Margaret L. married James Rogers.
