James Renfrow Services will be Wednesday for James Russell Renfrow, who died Saturday in Santa Cruz. He was 88. Mr Renfrow, a native of Reno, had lived in Santa Cruz for the past 38 years. He is survived by his sister, Mae Laveroni of San Jose; two brothers, Milton Renfrow of San Bruno and Ernest Renfrow of Hollister; 3 stepdaughters, Mildred Bouchard of Santa Cruz, Thelma Frye of Santa Cruz and Maxine Shandar of Minnesota; 6 stepgrandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. His wife, Ruth Renfrow, died in 1982. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Oakwood Memorial Park, Paul Sweet Road, with the Rev. Roy Kraft of Twin Lakes Baptist Church officiating. Friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. at White's Chapel, 138 Walnut Street.
