He lived in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States in 1683 and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States in 1683. He died in August 1702, in Radnor Township, Delaware, Pennsylvania, United States, at the age of 80, and was buried in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, British Colonial America.
