The report of James M. McDaniel (should be McDonald) Guardian for John, Andrew and Mary Warner infant orphans (they were not orphans because their mother was still alive) of William P. Warner deceased who makes the following report to wit. 1855 Feb To amount of cash received of William P. Warners Administrator for the three wards it being for (blanks space) The (blank Space) of the land (blank space) $115.00

The above is all that has come to my hands as Guardian my three wards own the eight of a tract of about 400 acres of land on Slate Creek in Bath County subject to widows dower the lands has not yet been divided. The land is worth about $30.00 per acre. The shares rent is worth about $(blank) per acre. Also 3 eights of two shares subject to widows dower my wards have a distributable interest of three eighths in the personal estate of William P. Warner deceased but how much it will be I can't state as the estate is not yet settled. The land will be divided this spring Feb. 12th, 1855 signed James McDonald Guardian
