I James Mackmin of Windsor doe make this my last Will & Testament: I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth, after my Just Debts are paid, all the remainder of my Estate, both personal & Real, viz, all my houseing and Lands, goods, debts, Chattells or whatsoever doth of right belong to me here in New England, to be and remain to her, the above said Elizabeth, forever. I nominate and appoint my well beloved wife to be my sole Executrix.
