Greene County, TN Court Records: 16 May 1826, The execution of a Deed of Conveyance from James Walker, Margaret Kilgore, Samuel Walker, Martin Fry and Lettice Fry husband and wife to Henry Henegar dated 9th day of May 1826 for 200 acres of land was duly proven by the Oath of John M. Kilgore. As to the execution thereof by James Walker, Margaret Kilgore and Samuel Walker and the same being duly proven as to the execution thereof by the Oath of Adam Wilson. As to all the parties before mentioned and the same was admited to Record.

James Kilgore b1787 d1824 Greene Co TN and youngest child of Charles & Martha married Margaret “Peggy” Walker in 1809. She was the d/o Anderson Walker s/o MCJW.
