1851 British Census [actual sheet lost] Parish, Saint Peter Hamlet of Westwood[s] [must be smaller than a village, as the word village is crossed out. at "Westwood[s]", the road, place, or house name: at #50 is James Jancock [Johncock??} a 15yr old male unrelated to the Webb family [farm worker] who live at # 50.

at #51 is James Kennett head Mar 34yrs farm lab[ourer] b Kent, Margate

Without looking at my files, I believe the census date for 1851 was in June. William would not have been 4yrs old until August of 1851, therefore 1847 would be correct.
