Jay is a nickname for James. Not sure of his given name. His name may be James 'Jay' A. J. Holcomb. There is a James Andrew Jackson Coker in another tree that I have entered on WeRelate. In the household of Jay J. Holcomb in the 1930 census enumeration was Francis A. Russ, a lodger. F. A. Russ was the informant listed on the death certificate for James A. Holcomb.
