- 29 June 1750 - James Findley of parish of St. Anns, Albemarle County to Samuel Burks, Jr., 85 pounds, 150 acres on south side of the Fluvanna River, part of a tract containing 350 acres granted by patent bearing date 22 September 1739 to James Findly deceased.
