    Charles Downey's 1883 letter talks about a James, not Jane, whose only remaining family is Sarah Honnold. The marriage record show that a Sarah Downey married Philip B. Honnold so Charles must have been talking about his brother James, not a Parkison cousin. A Sarah Ann Downey whose age matches Sarah Honnold's (in 1880, 1900 and 1910) is listed with James' widow Martha Ann Downy in 1860 and with Martha Watkins (remarried to Joseph Watkins) in 1870.
