Jas. Delzell's Will

In the name of God, Amen, I James Delzell of the County of Botetourt and State of Virginia, do make and ordain this my last will and testament.

First. I give to my Sisters Sarah C. Delzell and Elizabeth F. Delzell in fee simple, all my Interest in the tract of land on which my mother now us[es?] which said tract was devised by my father, in moieties to myself and my brother Hugh.

Second. The residue of my personal estate, after the payment of any just Debts, I give to my mother Martha Delzell who is hereby appointed Executrix of this my last will and Tesatament, and I further direct that no Security be required of her in the administration of my Estate; and that no appraisement or sale of my personal effects be made, except at her option.

Given under my hand and seal this 23rd day of March 1832.
