James, born Dec. 9, 1784, married Betsy Walker, born 1791 and died Apr. 19, 1856. He lived next door to his brother John in Swanzey, N. H. In his will he gave his brother Samuel $100 and made mention also of Elizabeth, wife of Charles Gates, Asenath, wife of David Hills, Charles, of Boston, Robert, James and Sarah, of Boston, John and Ebenezer, of Swanzey. He died in Swanzey, Jan. 6, 1858.
