    James Crumrine was initially interred in Floyd Cemetery. He was disinterred and moved to Graceland Park Cemetery on October 21, 1920. See memorial #8414734 for his current burial location.

    James Crumrine, familiarly known as “dad”, for twenty-four years a resident of Sioux City, passed away at his home on Myrtle street yesterday, aged 75 years. He had been ill three years with cancer, but a paralytic stroke was the immediate cause of death. Mr. Crumrine was born In Mansfield, O., and later removed to Iowa. He was married in Waterloo and came from that city to Sioux City in 1887. He was at one time a liveryman here.
    Besides his wife Mr. Crumrine is survlved by nine children. Mrs. Andrew Heitzman, John Crumrine, Fred Crumrine, Mrs. George Deuschle, Frank Crumrine, Mrs. Anna Cullinan, James Crumrine, jr., and Mrs. Laura Coulson, all of Sioux City, and Mrs. Ella Doennecke, of Le Claire, Io.
    The funeral will be held at the residence at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Interment will be in Floyd cemetery.
