    Will of "James Collar of Oxford ... yeoman being advanced in years, and in a weak low condition", dated 18 Mar 1746, presented 3 Jul 1749, proved 29 Jul 1749, mentions wife Hannah Collar ["all or singular the household goods and moveables which she had at and brought to me since our marriage"], heirs of my son James Collar, my son Joseph Collar, my son Jonas Collar, my daughter Elisabeth Tombs. Friend Mr John Campbell of Oxford Clerk to be sole executor.
    29 May 1749: Warrant to take inventory. Returned 3 Jul 1749.
