The last Will and Testament of James Campbell Deceased, pg. 87

In the name of God Amen, I James Campbell of Maury County and State of Tennessee having all the facultyes of my mind in their usual vizae? and preparing for that awful sent which is Common last of all human beings do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament hereby Revolking all others by me made ~

in the first place I wil and bequeathe that my Executors herein after named shall pay all my debts with punctuality as soon as it can be convenience be don[e] ~

Secondly my Will and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Campbell the whole of my Estate to be at her disposal entirely at her death ~

accept [except] I will and bequeath to my three youngest sons a sufficient portion give them a complete ^English education (to wit) William Harvey Campbell, Alvin Cook Campbell, George Washington Campbell. ~

I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife Sarah my true and lawful attorney Executor to this my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth of february in the year of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and sixteen.
