    Will of "James Burnum of Ipswich ... Carpenter Being Sick and Weak", dated 27 Jun 1729, proved 7 Jul 1729, mentions real estate being already settled on my Two Son Thomas & James, my Widdow, my Daughters Mary Tuttle, Sarah Bill, and Joana Dodge, my Grandson Thomas Joshua Offin and John Burnum and the Eldest son of My son James Burnum ... with Charles Tuttle, Daniel James Joshua and David Dodge an Equall Share of my Land in haverhil ... excepting what I have already Given my Kinsman Joseph Burnum ... the sons of my son Thomas Burnum and Daniel Dodge to pay unto Sarah and Anna Bill my Grandchildren. Joseph Kinsman and sons Thomas and James to be executors.
