RE Estate of JAMES BURGESS late of Merewether in the State of New South Wales Retired Plumber deceased.-Letters of Administration granted by Supreme Court of New South Wales on 5th November 1953. Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898 1940: Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916-1938 and Trustee Act 1925-1940 Reginald Burgess the Administrator of the Estate of the said James Burgess, who died on 9th June 1953 hereby gives notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the said Administrator in care of the undersigned on or before the 28th May next. at the expiration of which time the said Administrator will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the persons entitled having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
