    10 May 1714: Bond of Elizebeth Bowtell administratrix of the Estate of her late husband James Bowtell Jun'r late of Reding dece'd intestate.
    16 Jan 1720/1: Warrant "at the nomination of Elizabeth Swain formerly the widow of James Boutel Jun'r late of Reading afores'd deceased intestate [and] James his Eldest son of full age" to divide the real estate.
    3 Mar 1720/1: Division of estate sets off thirds to widow of the said James Bouttall: Now Mrs Elizabeth Sweyne. Judge's notes at bottom lists heirs: Elizabeth widdo, James [full] age, Ruth full age, Sam'l [18?] years, Hannah 12, Elizabeth eldest daughter dec'd left no children her heirs. Two thirds settled on James he to pay other children.
