20 Jun 1786: Petition of heirs Eleazar Johnson, David Taylor guardian of Wil'm Goddard, that estate be distributed.
21 Aug 1786: Distribution of real estate of James Ball late of Boylston Deceased: Stephen Ball eldest brother of deceased having purchased the share of Sarah Ball mother of deceased and the share of John Ball, Hannah Johnson, Patiance White and one third part of the share of Lydia Goddard so the whole is settled on Stephen Ball he paying Elisabeth Johnson wife of Eleazar Johnson and to Josiah Goddard son of the said Lydia Goddard and to David Taylor guardian to William Goddard son of the said Lydia Goddard. Signed by Stephen Ball, Eleazar Johnson, David Taylor guardian for William Goddard. "All Countersigned but Josiah Goddard gone to Sea or Dead Sept'r 6th 1786".
