    BALDIE, James Y. - Sixty-year Bellingham resident James Y. Baldie, 89, 901 W. Connecticut St., died Monday (Oct. 19, 1987) in Bellingham. Mr. Baldie was born Dec. 14, 1897 in Leith, Scotland and has lived in Bellingham since 1927. He was preceded in death by his wife Norma in April 1986. Mr. Baldie is survived by two sons, James Y. Baldie, Jr. of Bellingham and D. Bruce Baldie of Ferndale; six grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; a brother-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Jones Funeral Home. The body will be cremated by Greenacres Crematorium. Arrangements are by Jones Funeral Home.
