BIOGRAPHY: He lived on land near Pineville, Bucks Co., PA, then sold property in 1846 and moved to Mercer Co., IL, where several of his children [all but Smith, Elias & Elinor] had previously settled per p. 39 & 40 of Trego book, w/children listed on p. 40. Later Son Thomas moved back to Doylestown, Bucks Co., PA. Elsewhere in the Trego Book, mentions that he moved to Mercer Co., IL in 1842. A Jacob Trego purchased Illinois Public Domain Land Tract Sales] 80 acres of land [W2NE] in Sec. 12, Preemption Twp., Mercer Co., IL on 9 Jun 1846.
