I Jacob D Maxson of Shelby County Ohio do make & publish this my last Will Testament
Item first
To my son Simeon Maxson I devise & bequeath the Farm on which we now reside situate in the County of Shelby Township of Jackson & State of Ohio Containing about one hundred & Eighteen Acres provided he shall comply with the Several thing herein required of him to wit
he Simeon Maxson my son shall pay unto my other Children as follows
2nd to my son Charles Maxson in ten years after my decease Three hundred Dollars With six per cent interest annually
3rd to my son J. G. Maxson Simeon shall pay one hundred & twenty five Dollars in Eighteen Months after my death
to Jam__ S Maxson my son Simeon shall pay seventy five dollars in two years after my death
5th to my daughter Racheal Forsythe Simeon shall pay Fifty dollars in Three years after My death
6th to my daughter Elizabeth __zer Simeon Shall pay in four years after my death fifty dollars
7th to Willamina the daughter of my deceased daughter Lydia Babcock Simeon Shall pay fifty Dollars When she shall be Eighteen years old

8th to Silva U Maxson My daughter Simeon Shall pay in five years after my death one hundred & Twenty five Dollars
Also I give to her the Corner Cublord the bed in the West room & the Bed stead in the ___ Room & A Black heifer one year old past & one burow?
9th to Electa L Maxson my daughter Simeon shall pay in six years after my death one hundred dollars & I give & bequeath to Bed in the front Room & the Bed stead in the East Room & A one year old _ide heifer & large table
10th to my daughter Mary M Maxson Simeon Shall pay in Seven years after my death one hundred Dollars & A one year old heifer
11th My Three unmarried daughters to have A Room with Simeon on the Farm so long as they remain unmarried
12th to my daughter Elizabeth I give the large pannel? Chest & A Womans saddle
13th to Joseph G Maxson I also give the bed in the East Room
14th to Charles Maxson I give one bed & stead & the Burau that stands in the front room & All my Clothing

I do hereby nominate & appoint Joseph G. Maxson Executor of this my last Will & Testament hereby authorising him to call all debts due me & to dispose of all my personal property not disposed of in this Will at Publik sale & pay all of my debts after which he shall take of the remainder & buy toomb stones for the grave of my Father & the graves of my two wifes buried in the neighborhood & my own any thing remaining __ still in his hand after paying Debts burial Expenses & other necessary expenses he shall pay over to my son Charles Maxson
