JACOB C. IRWIN, JR. FEURA BUSH -- Jacob C. Irwin, Jr., 59, of Meads Corners, died Tuesday at St. Peter's Hospice, Albany. Born in Ravena, Mr. Irwin has lived in Feura Bush for the last 20 years. Mr. Irwin was a maintenance supervisor at the Albany Water Filtration Plant in Feura Bush for 22 years and also operated Mead's Corners Inn with his wife for over 20 years. He was a member of the Bethlehem Elks. Mr. Irwin was predeceased by a brother, David Irwin and four sisters, Frances VanVlerin, Irene (Peggy) Hotaling, Mattie Shulga and Winifred Hotaling. Survivors include his wife, Marjorie Houck Irwin; a son, David Irwin of Westerlo; three daughters, Nancy Quick, Lisa Kawczak and Diane Swann, all of Feura Bush; a sister, Lois Donnelly of Royal Palm Beach, FL, and seven grandchildren, Ray, Zach, Alex and Sarah Quick and Taran, Amanda and Jacob Irwin. Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the Onesquethaw Cemetery, Clarksville. There will be no calling hours.
