  9. ↑ Jacob Heller of Liberty Township I, Jacob Heller of Liberty township, Crawford County and State of Ohio, do make this my last will and testament.
    Item 1st. I bequeath to my beloved wife all my personal property that consists of household furniture and the stock that now is or may be here at the time of my death and also the one third of all the money that is due me after all my legal debts are paid. Whether it be the proceeds of the sales of personal property or real estate and to enjoy the same to her own proper use and benefit.
    Item 2nd. It is my will that all my legal heirs share and share alike which are, Jacob, Joseph, Daniel, Jonathan my sons and Elizabeth, Polley, Sarah and Susan my daughters and it is alo my will that those that have not received of me in my lifetime to the amount of two hundred dollars shall first have the addition to what they already have until they all have two hundred dollars and then the remainder of the money that may be left to be divided equally amongst my heirs as aforesaid and it is also my will that all my real estate shall be sold one year after my death or as soon after that as my Executrix may think proper.
    Item 3rd. I do hereby nominate and appoint Elizabeth my wife Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby authorizing and empowering her to compromise, adjust, release and discharge in such manner as she may deem proper the debts and claims due me. I do also authorize and empower her to sell by private sale or in such manner upon such terms of credit or otherwise as she may think proper all my real estate and deeds to purchasers to execute, acknowledge and deliver in fee simple. I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
