  • Pg. 462- 16 November 1763 - Jacob Heighler paid in person £30 for 400 acres for Sebastian Hagler at the Court House at Staunton, Va. The land was located on Mill Creek and the south branch of the Potomac. William Green sold the land to Boston Heighler, the same that Jacob paid £30 for.
