Will Transcript

This is my last will and testament being of sound mind. I will that my house and lot shall remain unsold as long as Minerva Gregory lives and makes said house her home. And my daughters are to have a home with her so long as they remain single. After which my three sons shall inherit said house and lot.
I futher desire that if they should desire to change homes they have the right to sell said house and lot, provided they appropriate the means to the purchase of another house.
I will that my three boys pay to R. S. Gregory the sum of fify dollars on condition that he remain with his mother until he is 21 years of age.
I will to my son Henry my boy horse to make him equal with his other brothers.
I further will my household and kitchen furniture to Minerva and my daughters.
I further will that the balance of my personal property be put to sale enough of said property shall be sold for cash in hand to pay balance of the purchase money on said house and lot, the balance to be sold on twelve months time to pay my creditors.
This the 10th day of June 1889.

At a court began and held for Washington County the 28 day of March 1891 A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Jacob Gregory deceased was this day produced in Court and proved by the oaths of Wm. Smyth and J. H. Vail two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and is ordered to be recorded as and for the last will and testament of Jacob Gregory, deceased.
