From Jacob Decker's Will:
Jacob Decker, of Franklin County, State of Ohio, give to my brother-in-law, Thomas Vause, two certain tracts of land in Clark County, in trust for the sole use of his sons John Vause, William Vause, his daughter, Rachel Vause and his wife Elizabeth Vause and the children of said Thomas Vause on the body of his said wife Elizabeth hereafter born or begotten; I bequeath unto my mother, Hannah Decker my bay mare commonly called the "fly"; I bequeath unto my brother Luke Decker my brown mare commonly called "Mog"; I bequeath unto my nephew Jacob Decker, son of Isaac Decker of Illinois, my sorrel mare colt with a blaze face; I bequeath unto my nephew Jacob Milar, son of Isaac Millar of Pickaway County, my bay mare colt. I bequeath unto my brother Isaac Decker of the state of Illinois and unto my brother-in-law Isaac Millar and his wife Susanna Millar all the residue of my property, goods, chattles, monies, bank stock in the Franklin Bank of Columbus and all my effects after paying my just debts - equal division between them, that is, equal proportion to Isaac Decker of Illinois and the other half to Isaac and Susannah Millar. Executor: brother-in-law Isaac Millar of Pickaway County.
