The heirs are as follows: (1) J.H. Grosclose and wife Julia A. or Julian formerly Davis; (2) Martha C. Gray formerly Davis widow of David Gray dec'd; (3) Banjamin Swacker and wife Sarah M. formerly Davis; (4) Absalom Hines and wife Lucinda L. formerly Davis; (5) James H. Pattison and wife Mary J. formerly Umbarger, daughter of Mary M. Davis Umbarger dec'd, who was daughter of Jane Davis; (6) John S. Johnson and wife Arminda A. formerly Davis; (7) Gordon D.
