    Jacob Burket of the Township of the Northern Liberties in the County of Philadelphia and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania . . . .
    -First, I give ___ to my beloved wife Margaret the sum of thirty pounds per annum as long as she remains my widow
    -To my oldest daughter Mary now intermarried with William Wilson so much of my lot of ground situate in Budd Stret in the Northern Liberties Beginning at the northern most line and extending in front on Budd Street 27 feet on the back end of the lot to be 24 feet wide which I give to her and her heirs forever she or they paying unto my wife Margaret the sum of ten pounds per annum as long as she remains my widow
    -To my son Jacob all the remainder of my lot and buildings situate on the Southward of the before described lot containing thirty two feet front and on the back 35 feet I give to him or his heirs forever he or they paying unto my wife Margaret the sum of ten pounds per annum as long as she remains my widow
    -To my daughter Elizabeth intermarried with john Segar all that my lot of ground and Buildings situate at the corner of Tammany Street and Rose Alley being twenty feet front on Tammany Street and 48 feet deep on Rose Alley to the middle of a pump which pump it is my will shall be for the use of the hereby bequeathed premises and the premises hereinafter bequeathed to my Daughter Margaret to her and her heirs forever she or they paying unto my wife Margaret 10 pounds per annum as long as she remains my widow
    -To my daughter Margaret Burket all the remainder of the lot situate in Rose Alley with the buildings thereon containing 48 feet on Rose Alley together with the use of the pump . . . she my daughter Margaret allowing my wife Margaret the whole of the northern part of the said building to live in rent free as long as she remains my widow
    -My personal estate and chattels to my beloved wife Margaret as long as she shall live and after her death to be divided among my four children Jacob Burket, Mary Wilson, Elizabeth Segar and Margaret Burket and their heirs
    -My trusty and loving friend Frederick Fricke of the township of the Northern Liberties Cabinet Maker to be Executor of my last will and Testament
