[This source appears to have misread the marriage record of Jacob and Mary Fletcher to be in 1722, and assumed the father was remarrying to a Mary Fletcher. The correct date of 1732, and the 9 children born subsequent to that, and the death record of Jacob Jr.'s wife showing a birth about 1708, make it clear it was the son's wife that was the younger Mary Fletcher.]
