Jack Leroy Cllins was the biological Son of Van Henry McClaskey and Inez Collins. He was named Arthur Leroy McClaskey at birth and graduated from Huntington East High School as Arthur Leroy McClaskey. When his parents divorced, he went by the name of Jack Leroy Collins. After he graduated from high school his great Uncle Cecil Collins and Great Aunt Elsie Pine Collins adopted him and changed all his records (Birth, etc.) to Jack Leroy Collins.
