According to Edward Flanagan Alsie/elsie's father was Lord Jennings of Liverpool, England. 

ancestral studies that a certain Lord J. Humphrey Jennings of Liverpool, aka Humphrey Jennings, had an illegitimate daughter named Alysia Jennings ca1730. She was also known as Elsie.

Alysia married a gentleman named Robert Flanagan from Roscommon, Ireland. He was born ca1728.

My question is this? Did Humphrey Jennings really exist? If he did, did he have an illegitimate daughter named Alysia?
