ISAAC KILLINGSWORTH was born on April 25, 1802 in North Carolina. He later moved to Tennessee. He later moved to Missouri.

Isaac was a member of Pond Creek Baptist Church in northwest Monroe County, Tennessee. He was dismissed from the church in September 1838 when the family moved to Missouri.

Isaac married ANN MCCLURE in Tennessee.

The 1830 census shows Isaac living with his family in Monroe County, Tennessee.

Isaac was a charter member of Prospect Baptist Church, Greene County, Missouri in August 1840.

In 1851 Isaac was assessed taxes in Greene County, Missouri on 2 horses ($50 Value) and 3 cattle ($15 Value).

In 1856 Isaac was assessed taxes in Greene County, Missouri on 1 horse ($75 Value) and 3 cattle ($22 Value) along with 128 acres of land in Section 19, Township 31, Range 23 and 8 acres of land in Section 19, Township 31, Range 23 at a total Value of $697.

Isaac died in 1881.
