    6 Mar 1723/24 Letters of administration issued to "Sarah Howland of middleboro ... Relict of Isaac Howland Jun'r of middleboro afores'd Dec'd". Inventory taken 13 Mar 1723/24. 19 Jun 1724 "Jeremiah Thomas of middleborough" was appointed, and gave bond as, guardian of his grandsons Isaac, Jeremiah, and Joseph Howland, sons of "Isaac Howland late of middleboro ... dec'd", all minors under the age of 14. On 21 May 1735, all three, all now being over the age of 14 but less than 21, chose "Samuel Wood of Middleborough" as their guardian.
