    Isaac DuBois was a son of Solomon DuBois. He married Rachel DuBois, his cousin. [1]

    According to LeFevre, he settled in Perkiomen, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.[1]

    Isaac and Rachel DuBois had four daughters:[1]

    Elizabeth
    Isaac died before 1756, when Isaac's father Solomon DuBois made his will, directing that his land at Perkiomen, Pennsylvania, should go to the four daughters of his son Isaac.[2]
