Iradell and Anna (Nixon) were among the early immigrants to Henry Co. Iradell in Henry Two, Henry Co, in 1850 census My name is U.E. Bush. I live in Henry county, IN. I am a cemetery historian and look for old abandoned and lost cemeteries in Henry county. I am the County Coordinator for the Indiana Pioneer Cemetery Restoration Project. About three years ago I uncovered an old cemetery that had been lost for years, It was the McDaniels Baptist Church cemetery south of New Castle, Henry county, IN Among the graves discovered were, Iredell and Anna Redding, Iredell,s mother Huldah from Randolph county NC and three of Iredell's children, James A., d.14 Sep 1846, T.R. d.21 Feb 1846 ------- , Infant, d. 6 Apr1860, ------, and Infant, d. 21 Dec 1862. Iredell died from a tree falling on him on 18 Nov 1862. Anna died from smallpox on 15 Apr 1863. Since this cemetery has not been reclaimed from the elements, there could be more.
