Holm bygdebok

According to the Rødven bygdebok (local history book) he amigrated to America in 1887, and got married there twice: first wife was Karoline O. Hammervold b. 1852.

Second wife was Gurine, last name and background unknown.

Two known children listen in the Rødven book, said to be from the first marriage, but this is not correct. The 1910 census for Minnesota (see Documents) clearly states that Ingebrigt and Gurine married in 1894-5, and she is the mother of his two children:

Inga Harvold b c 1899

Both Ingebrigt and Gurine immigrated to the US in 1888.
