Ilo R. Loughner Patterson Township Ilo R. Loughner, 89, of Patterson Township, went to her heavenly home on Friday, October 25, 2019. Ilo was born on December 30, 1929, in Cleveland, Ohio. She spent her early years in Freedom, Pennsylvania with her aunt and uncle, Gertrude and Clifford Dunbar. Ilo worked at Westinghouse, Beaver for over 40 years. During that time, she became one of the first women officers of the PA labor union serving on the IBEW Local 201. Ilo was a former member of the Steffin Hill Presbyterian Church, where she served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher. Ilo’s passion was serving her community. She was a former member of the Beaver Valley Labor Council, served on the auxiliary at the Medical Center, Beaver, and was active in the American Legion, Unionville. Ilo loved country music, crocheting, knitting, gardening, bingo, and painting. Ilo was known for her great sense of humor and had many sayings and short puns that she used on a regular basis. Ilo was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Clark Loughner in 1986 and grandson, Lucas Theadore in 1977. She is survived by her children, C. Douglas (LuAnn) Loughner of Chippewa Township and Cynthia (Garry) Theadore of Patterson Township. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) Theadore, Matthew (Lori) Theadore, Nathan (Shannon) Theadore, Elizabeth (Ryan) Malesick, Kaitlyn Loughner, Beth (Ben) Pentz, and Colin Loughner; eight great-grandsons, Micah Pentz, Matthew, Ryan, Logan, Jaxon, Cameron, Isaac, and Lucas Theadore and her dearest friend, Joseph Felkey.
