Her death certificate indicates that Jerry Holt was her father. That information is not correct based on census records and the age of Jerry Holt's wife. She (Jerry Holt's wife) would have been 54 years old at the time of Ida's birth. Ida's father was Michael King Holt and "Jerry" Jeremiah Holt was her uncle.

I find it hard to believe loved ones would list the wrong father. It seems more likely to me she was the daughter of Jere and his second wife Kesiah Ford. Kesiah also had a son Thomas or Theo J Holt. Susie Helme
