MR. HUMPHREY JOHN SHOESMITH

The death occurred at his home at Laurieton on Saturday last of Mr. Humphrey John Shoesmith. Deceased was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Shoesmith, and was born at Singleton 87 years ago. He has lived on the Central Coast for the greater part of his life. He was predeceased by his wife (nee Miss Emma M. Sheather) and one child. Surviving sons are Messrs. Alfred Henry Shoesmith; William Stephen Shoesmith and Humphrey Arthur Shoesmith. There are three daughters. The remains were interred in the Laurieton cemetery on Sunday. Rev. Mr. Davis officiated at the graveside and Mr. S. A. Bridge carried out the funeral arrangements.
