Mrs. Hulda F. Baughman, 75, 413 Center St., Boswell, died Feb. 18, Somerset Community Hospital. Born March 8, 1898, Fairhope Township, Somerset County, daughter of Thomas and Louise Kifer Deneen. Preceded in death by parents, husband, Charles Frank Baughman, who died Nov. 8, 1969; a son, Kenneth, three brothers, two sisters, and three grandchildren. Survived by these children: Beatrice, wife of Telford Manges, New Florence; Mrs. Mae Fleegle, Boswell; Robert, married to the former Elaine Barnett, and Donald, married to the former Lois Schrecengost, both of Baltimore; Albert, married to the former Irene Harvey, of Moore, Okla.; Mary Ellen, wife of James Hale, Somerset RD 2; 23 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren. One sister, Mrs. Dora Kiser, Colorado Springs, Colo. Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home (successor to Donald B. Hay), 409 Main St., Boswell, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Rev. Harry C. Greene officiating. Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
