From Rootsweb Message Board:
Hugh WILLIS and Sarah ALBRIGHT were married September 12, 1809 in Botetourt County, Virginia by Minister John Helms. Sarah was the daughter of Gaspar (Caspar?) ALBRIGHT, deceased. Bondsman was Jesse Lavender. John Watkins was the guardian of Sarah. I believe this is the same Hugh WILLIS that is found in the 1820 & 1830 census in Wythe County, Virginia and in the 1840, 1850, and 1860 census in Claiborne County, Tennessee.
