To son John all estate real and personal.
To son David 5 pds.
To sons Hugh and William, daughters Margaret Clinging, Hannah Barkly, Elizabeth Nisbet and Mary McConnell 20 shillings each, they having had their portion already.

Will Transcropt:

In the name of God Amen, this ninteenth day of March Anno Domni one thousand seven hundred sixty six I Hugh Kirkpatrick of West Nottingham Province of Pennsylvanian and County of Chester, Being very much indesposed in body, But in perfect mind and memory. Thanks to God, therefore calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, to make, constitute ordain and declare this my last will and testiment in manner and form following, revoking disallowing and annulling by these presents all and every testiment or testiments Will or Wills heretofore by me made and declared either by word or writing and this to be taken only for my last will and testiment and no others and principally I recommend my spoul to the Allmighty that gave it and my body to the Earth to be burried in a Christian like and deasent manner at the descretion of my executor and as touching such worldly substance wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in life, I Bequeath the same in the following manner and form:
Imprimir (sic) I give and Bequeath to John Kirkpatrick, my son all and singular my whole Real and personal estate by him freely and fully to be possessed and enjoyed for ever (inserted with a carrat) after my decease
Item Whereas I have already given my son David Kirkpatrick, Hugh Kirkpatrick, William Kirkpatrick, Margaret Clinging, Gannah (?Hannah?) Barkley, Elizabeth Nisbet, and Mary McConnell their part and portion already and moreover for all the good will I have to each of them I do give and Bequeath to David Kirkpatrick five pounds to be paid to him after my decease and twenty five shillings to each of the rest to be paid to them and to David the sums herein I specified a year after my decease.
Item I order that all my just debts by me contracted in any way and my funneral charges be paid by my son, John after my decease.
Item I order and appoint my son John Kirkpatrick my only whole and sale executor of this my last will and testiment in wittnes whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal, this day and year above written.
