Flint Journal: Monday April 27, 1981 Holsinger, Howard G.?1251 Poplar, age 79, died Sunday, April 26, 1981 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Mr. Holsinger will remain at the Dodds-Dumanois Co. Funeral Home where friends may call after 7PM today. Those desiring may make contributions to Muscular Dystrophy Association. Mr. Holsinger was born in Ovid, Michigan, August 10, 1901 and lived in Flint since 1919, coming here from Ovid. Mr. Holsinger was employed at AC Spark Plug for 30 years as an Electrician retiring August 31, 1965. Surviving are wife Erma, 2 sons, Phillip A. Holsinger, Jr. of Flint; daughter Mrs. Harold (Phyllis) VanZandt of Millington; 11 grand children, 3 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mrs. Agnes West of Zephyrhills, Florida, Mrs. Olive Bird of Romeo, Michigan; several nieces and nephews. Daily visitation 8AM-10PM. Arrangements by Dodds-Dumanois Co. Funeral Home, 901 Garland St.
