Horatio Collingwood Croskery LAW, immigrated to New Zealand in 1950. He left Southampton bound for Wellington, New Zealand arriving on 17 Sep 1950. His occupation is listed as butcher on the Passenger List of the "Atlantis". Noted on the passenger list is a 30yo female named Thelma LAW, who was also bound for Wellington. We are unsure if she was a relative also. On his arrival he lived with Alexander Wellington CROSKERY and his wife Emily at 170 Queens Drive, Lyall Bay, Wellington. He later moved for Porirua, then on to Napier, where he changed his occupation to that of Barman. (Noted from Electoral Rolls) According to his death certificate he never married.
